Since I wasn’t a total fan of okonomiyaki, I didn’t attempt to try a proper one in Osaka.  The okonomiyaki, another house speciality, is made with Japanese butatama, tons of chopped cabbage and topped with bonito flakes. The sweet sauces and mayo complete it as a piece of dense pancake. The noodle omelette is also excellent for its fluffy egg covering.
