Miso (已結業)

There are different types of lunch sets including course, bento, teppanyaki and the usual teishoku. I ordered the fatty minced tuna rice (negitoro don) which came with "black miso soup". The miso soup was not really "black" (I think it's just the darker type of miso) and tasted quite light and appetising. The tuna rice was presented a nice tilted bowl with all the usual condiments (spring onions, wasabi, ginger, quail egg) plus a few unusual ones (pickles, rolled egg). The tuna was fresh and
