Yet another ice cream shop has opened in Hong Kong and this time, it's I Cremeria which is located in the newly renovated Fashion Walk mall in Causeway Bay. It specializes in Japanese soft cream and matcha green tea desserts with a variety of options to choose from. The most eye-catching choice though would have to be the soft cream parfait with Japanese premium melon which costs a whopping $180! As you know, Japanese premium fruits can cost a lot so the price is not entirely unreasonable. Best

The shop is mostly for take-aways but there are a few standing spots available in the store. There are also some tables outside the shop in the mall so you can enjoy your goodies there as well.
Uji Matcha Affogato ($48) - I was intrigued by their matcha affogato as they poured a warm matcha sauce over the ice cream. With the additional sauce, the matcha flavor was quite rich and pronounce but unfortunately the texture of the ice cream was icy with clumps of ice in it. I gave the shop some feedback which was well received so hopefully they can improve and perfect their ice cream texture. [3.5/5]
