I love mochi!!! I have received my japanese client's gift. I am thankful to him!! The mochi is very freeze. It should be put at room temperature to defrost for around 1 or 1 and a half hour. When I eat this, the outside of mochi is soft but it is still hard inside. Matcha tastes good!!! some red bean are in the middle of the mochi
Mango Mousse
Mousse is not like Mousse, I think it is still freeze.....and flavorless for the mousse.
Minced mango are in the middle of the mochi, it is not too sweet.
