My wife took me to a Japanese style barbecue Omakase. I like the entrance with simple and neat decoration, very Japanese. Staff is very attentive, always fill up my tea cup,  which is very important to the customer. Salad and Sashimi: Salad is very fresh, I like the sweetness of the Japanese apple. The Bonito sashimi is soft which Iighten me up with fresh fish sashimi as appetizer. Surf clam with sake was my favorite dish,The flesh is soft and firm, it has mild aroma and taste sweet when slowly

Staff is very attentive, always fill up my tea cup,  which is very important to the customer.

We had several skewers including chicken heart, chicken wings, Japanese eel, pork belly and Angus beef. Started with the lightly seasoned varieties first.

Chicken wings, the skin becomes crispy when grilled, but still retains a good amount of tasty fat. Chicken Hearts also have a very meaty flavor, though not as strong as liver, and are surprisingly tender.

Pork belly skewer is good, bite-sized pieces comes with purple onions,  seasoned with special shrimp paste, not too strong, brings together a savory smell with a pleasing texture. As you bite into it you will encounter a lovely contrast of food taste between the sweetness and savory.

The Angus beef was a refreshing cut of meat, it is a nice juicy bit of meat which just fills your mouth with a taste that you won’t forget. It smells delicious, and it is very juicy. You will struggle not to immediately gulp down this juicy, full of flavour, skewer.

Just an eating habit to share, some people would take the meat off to eat with chopsticks, but I prefer to eat them directly on the skewer. The reason is that Chef put just the right amount of meat and seasoning on each and every skewer, and I believed that this effort makes the skewer itself taste even better, hence eating it on the skewer is best. 

Also, there are also other seasonings available for the skewers, but I think its best with original taste and when freshly made. 

Overall, with hot udon and dessert, it's a perfect skewers Omakase experience!
