The outside of the restaurant seems nice; it's got a somewhat Ginza vibe to it. I lived in Japan for quite a while. I've had my fair share of good tempura. This place was absolutely horrible. The best part of the meal was the tea. Everything just tasted of the fryer and was burnt. I actually felt sick after 3 bites. The rice was also done poorly--very mushy.
