Served in a tall clear ring-pop can, @kochaya_tea offers 4 types of Japanese traditional tea (matcha, hojicha, genmaicha and sencha) with a modern twist We were quite happy that the beverage size was larger than expected, but the 3:1 proportion of matcha to fresh milk tasted slightly too bitter for our liking (even after shaking the bottle evenly). Maybe we’ll try adding some sweet ingredients (chocolate, red bean or black pearl) to balance out the flavour next time…
