It was my second round at Bouchon, but this time I went for dinner with a friend. We booked a table for 2, were seated right away. Starter: we had Les Escargots: they were a disappointment, not garlicky enough and I was pretty sure they used olive oil instead of butter, so the taste and aroma were less noticeable. Entrees: Confit de Canard was excellent. The meat was super tender and it smelled good. The duck had a smoky flavour; the skin could be a tad crispier. We also ordered a French class

Excellent seafood medley - softshell crab (unusual), white fish with skin that was nicely grilled first, mussels, calamari, and shrimps. The broth was amazing, it had a rich taste.
Dessert: Chocolate mousse. Airy and not to sweet, it was how it should be... A+
Bouchon is definitely a place I will go back again and again.
