What a long line outside the restaurant!!!! It must be a good one, I thought!!!! A friend of my husband recommended this place for pretty good quality burgers. Since we were down in TST, we tried this place out! The skinny fries was very crispy on the outside and soft inside. They also serve Big Fat Fries. Chocolate shake was cold and loved the cream and chocolate sprinkles on top. It also tasted very rich and creamy. The down side was that it was a little too sweet!!!! This is the BLT

This is the BLT burger. the two slices of bacons was big and perfectly cooked and crispy. However, the tomato slice was not that thick! I would love to have a big thick slice of tomato in the burger. The burger was juicy and had rich beef flavor. However, it wasn't medium done. they put a medium stick on the burger but the meat was actually well done. I was a little disappointed! I wanted to see some redness of the meat inside!!! They use the thousand island sauce for the burger and the whole burger tasted great!!! Overall, it was a great burger!
This is a Roaring Forties Blue Burger! It had blue cheese, which is my favorite cheese, balsamic caramelized onion, and mushroom. This burger was amazing! The meat was perfectly cooked in medium done. I could totally see the beautiful redness of the meat! (you can see it in the picture too) It was very juicy too! The blue cheese, caramelized onion and mushroom were the perfect combinations for burger! I totally loved this burger!
I miss this big fat pickle!!!! i totally enjoyed eating it!!! the cole slaw salad was ok! it wasn't cold at all so it tasted kinda weird!!!
This wooden set was for my daughter! It was pretty creative and fun!
This is part of the menu! next time i want to try the Tex-Mex burger!
over all, the price for this meal wasn't too bad! for this good quality of food, this price is pretty reasonable!!! I hightly recommend this place to all the Burger Lovers!
題外話/補充資料：
Service is just so so! the waiters and waitresses have no smiles and not quite friendly! i guess they are all in the typical Hong Kong style service, which is "no smiles service"!
