After a quick hike to Reservoir Islands Viewpoint at Tai Lam Chung Reservoir, a visit to One Third was just right for refueling with a nice jungle x concrete environment.Coffee here is so lit! The iced latte is so smooth, and the coffee is quite strong and aromatic! Yuenyeung here is quite special, as it is served without milk, more like a fruity iced black, very enjoyable and refreshing indeed.The portion of food here is not big, just right for an afternoon tea.  The portion of food here is not big, just right for an afternoon tea. The homemade sourdough toast was so delicious! Generous portion of smoked salmon. Pickled onion was very tasty too. Highly recommend you to add the sausage, which is so meaty and juicy!

 This combination of sourdough toast was so good! The tender chicken pieces were perfectly marinated with miso. The soft boiled egg and asparagus were so delicious to enjoy with the toast. Even the salad on the side was very tasty too!
