Birthday celebration for a dear friend and reservation made like 10-14 days ago. The waiter messed up my booking, put me at the bar and when I asked for the reason he said that I came late. I was very shocked (was ten min late) and I didn’t know that the tables come by first come first serve. Nothing was mentioned in the booking. I would not mind usually but it was for a friend’s b day. So that waiter asked me to talk with the manager. The manager somehow sorted it out as the waiter gave my table to another woman and messed up the booking (apparently an apology won’t hurt?)
Anyway, to cut it short. The food is nice, the wine is good, but the ambient is super noisy, some of the guests had rather poor manner, sitting wherever they want to sit and neglect the space for the other diners.
The manager was very helpful in choosing the food, helping us to take many nice pics, the waitress was good too, the other waiter no comments. I heard that they are in shortage of manpower…..I hesitated for a while before actually leaving this comment but I think all the potential diners should know.
