Just wanted to rant

A friend and I went to Common Room last night for a chat. I ordered a Pimm's Club whereas my friend ordered a Tea (she wasn't feeling that well). The tea came without a teapot lid which was out of the norm but nonetheless acceptable. However, right around 11:00pm we asked for a bit more hot water. After a couple minutes your waitress returned and said to us "we don't have any more hot water. It's closed.".... I mean are you serious? No hot water...? You must be kidding me right? It's so obvious

It's so obvious she wanted us out... It's not like we were being impolite or anything. Pretty much the first time i've heard of a restaurant, bar, club or lounge not offer hot water. Kinda ridiculous eh?
