Restaurant week ... I have been to different Nadaman in Asia (it’s at maybe every Shangri-la), my favorite one is HK (Admiralty) one. The chef have well thought thru the menu with his unique and authentic condiment. It doesn’t need extravagant and overly creative blend of ingredients, it’s the simple ones bringing a refreshing tastebuds that makes it a good experience. 😊😊 Nadaman will become my regular.
