I had reserved a table for one person, but they seated me at a dining table against the wall, which I find rather disrespectful towards the patrons dining here. No one wants to enjoy their meal while staring at a wall in a restaurant. So I requested to sit somewhere else, eventually they led me to the bar area, which is way better than that table. As for the food, the sourdough and starter were good. However, I felt disappointed with the main course and dessert. The duck skin in the main dish was difficult to chew, the meat is ok though, and the dessert consisted simply of jam and berries, I like berries though I was expecting at least a signature French or Italian dessert can be served.
Through this dining experience, I believe the restaurant should place greater emphasis on the customer's dining experience, providing better table placements and higher-quality menu items.
P.S. I just noticed that the burrata appetizer listed in the set lunch menu was not served to me. So I contacted them about this, they explained there had been an error in the menu posted in diningcity - the burrata was actually meant to be an optional starter. I wanted to bring this to your attention in case it helps prevent your future confusion when you dine here.
