The noodle shop is specialized in the #yunan noodles, and the shop promised meat source is organic. Although I cannot quite tell if the meat tastes organic or not, one thing I do notice is they opt out the msg. The thirsty feeling that usually follows a bowl of noodles doesn't follow after I indulged this huge big bowl of noodles. Talking about portion, this noodle is huge! Bigger than my face (which means really big) and enough to feed a small family of three if the dad has very small appetite.

All I can say is this shop might not look super fancy, but the food quality is quite impressive!
