The round tang yuan #xiaolungbao has long been a fan favorite, with the thin slice of ginger on top, you bite into an savory atomic bomb that explodes all the juicy goodness (hopefully u eat with ur mouth closed) with a dash of attitude. The waiter has warned me it could be too hot, but frankly I think it can be kept warmer.

The shrimp risotto is what I settled for after realizing the speciaty shrimp noodle has run out.

And the lamb is basically a clay pot braised lamb but with the best lamb chop that a Chinese restaurant would never think of spoiling me for.
