Tart au citron $42 7/10 the tart paste disappointed I thought is something special, it’s normal paste tart, the lemon filling is silking, that I think the sweetness and sourness can balance better, the middle layer has some like lemon jam?! I find the lemon zest on top is the best, with 清香aroma, and very fine, which the tart lack of it, I tried Starbuck lemon tart, of coz this one is much better but not wow effect, price is a bit high
