Eye ball checking shows that there were around 15 layers of crepes filled with strawberry cheese cream. It was topped by some strawberry glaze and velvety whipped cream with a small piece of fresh strawberry. To my surprise, there was a bottom layer of a mixture of strawberries, chocolate and crunchy French feuilletine cookies. Although the bottom layer was not so crunchy due to my fault of not immediate consumption on the same day, it was still ok. The disappointing part about this cake was the strawberry cheese cream which was not very cheesy.

Mango Mille Crepes

Eye ball checking shows that there were around 20 layers of crepes with mango cream. It was topped by fresh mango slices and mango puree. As usual, it was very easy to cut even with a paper fork. Texture was still good with soft crepes and smooth cream and the fresh mango was reasonably fresh to add some texture.
