As we were tired and do not feel like cooking dinner tonight, we decided to go downstairs nearby for dinner. 雲南啊老表黑山羊湯鍋米綫 was located at Shanghai Street, few minutes walk from Jordan MTR.They served mainly lamb and beef noodle, with clear and pork broth soup choice. Fried chicken wings with garlic - It was fried till juicy and flavourful, slightly spicy as well.
Black fungus salad was chewy and smooth, appetizing as well.
Pork belly noodle with pork broth soup - Pork belly was chewy and juicy, with lean fat in between of it. Noodle was chewy and smooth, and the soup was flavourful as well.
Lamb and beef brisket noodle with clear broth soup - Soup was clear and sweet, and noodle was chewy and smooth as well. Beef and lamb were tender and chewy, with no after-taste.
