Poor service arrive 1055am waited 1115 and store still not open! Asked the staff once and they said 11am. 1110 asked again and everyone inside the store ignored me. They just standing there and never explained why. Rushing to go causeway bay so had to buy a mineral water at 7-11 and left. Horrible.
