I skipped lunch and arrived early at Royal Plaza Hotel and decided to eat a little bit of something before the afternoon tea. I have never seen Salted Egg Yolk Cheese Tart so I decided to give it a try.The salted egg yolk cheese tart was a delightful surprise. The salted egg was not only on the top. A molten salted egg yolk was also inside the cheese tart and the flavors were great. Definitely a nice snack to have, esp if you are waiting for check-in (there was a lot of people waiting that day)
