Brunch has become a trend in most of busy cities, Hong Kong is one of them. People like mixing the breakfast and lunch together becase of many reasons: wake-up late, busy working, lazy (maybe?). This cafe located in TST the WK Square, I quite like to go there since in my memory, the stores were changing so fast. Everytime I could find something new down there. And this time, I found a way to be an alchemist! Look at those symbols on the wall!
Alright, before learning, we should have to be energetic, and the best way is to EAT. There were not lots of choices but you would easily to pick one for yourself. Let's pick the drinks first, I picked Honey Earl Grey Latte. Before, I was not fond of drinking earl grey tea coz I was quite entertained by the taste of it while my girl was a fan of it, so I tried to enjoy it and found that it is quite nice to me indeed I think this one would be good.
That would be interesting for me to make my own drink at my desk instead of a completed one for me like an alchemist doing experiment.
All day breakfast, we had scrambled eggs, toast, bacon, baked potatoes, baked beans and sausages, very typical one. So called breakfast, there must be eggs! No matter scrambled eggs or sunny-side-up eggs, that makes you feel appertizing. This one was well cooked, topped with chopped parsley. With a slice of toast, we could have two different textures. IF I could have some roasted Portobello mushroom, that would be perfect LOL (don't stare at me)

Quite impressed by the length of the fries! Hotly fried, smelt very nice, especially with the truffle mayo. These two were really a very match! Just gimme enough truffle sauce, I could eat as much as I could LOL.
The cafe is not very big so tables are limited while the environment is quite bright (I think because of the shops nearby). A nice place to chitchat with friends. Maybe also a place to watch Full Metal Alchemist? Just kidding
