The combination with the bun is good but if u mix with the foam, it’s kinda weird. The staff recommended us to dip the foam with the bun only (for sweeter choice), not bad but that’s not the reason why we ordered the dish. Overall the lobster tastes nice but portion is sightly disappointing.
