I went there yesterday for dinner. It was a nightmare.1. It took me 4 times to get my tea.2. 50% of the dishes I would like to order were not available.3. Staff were not attentive at all. They kepy eyeing other things when they took orders. I either needed to repeat myself or they reponded somthing else.4. They spilled some drink all over me - hair, sweater, jeans and jacket. Only opn my screaming and telling, they offered some help. Only upon my request, they tool my jacket for dry clean. I
1. It took me 4 times to get my tea.

4. They spilled some drink all over me - hair, sweater, jeans and jacket. Only opn my screaming and telling, they offered some help. Only upon my request, they tool my jacket for dry clean. I request to meet with the manager but manager never come. Maybe his customer does not deserve some face time with him. Instead, he sent someone to offer us a cheap dessert ( $18) for a table of 6 people. I never experience that kind of cheap offer before, 1st time.

7. It took me 3 time to get our $ 18 free dessert.
I regret very much to be there to be treated like dirt. It is this worst. Words fail me.
