The mains came out and we start with the Spaghetti with Grilled King Prawns, served with Lobster Sauce and Truffle Shavings. The seafood pasta makes a perfect pairing with the earthy, aromatic truffles, it just worked straight away.

The other main was the fish of the day, sprinkled with grated truffles. The fish meat accompanied by the truffles with a few drops of truffle oil at the end to give the dish an extra truffle kick.
