We came here to celebrate my best friend's birthday, also to show my gratitude towards him being there for me all these years, you know, it's really difficult to have a true friend in your life!是晚與好友慶生,同時答謝他一直以來的支持,人生中能遇到真朋友實在不容易呢!Since it's super hot outside, after walking up here, we both agreed to pick a sparkling to cool down first! Since we already planned to have steak later, let's open a bottle of red first! This one is Argentinian wine, with a smell of black fruits and some spice, medium tannins, pretty smooth and elegant!
反正今天晚上必定會點牛扒,先開瓶紅酒吧!這瓶是阿根廷地道紅酒,聞起來有果香及某些香料味,入口頗順滑,相信與紅肉應該很配!

After we've ordered our appetiser, they served us with this lovely bread, it's toasted with crunchy crust, they also serve very good quality olive oil!
點了頭盤後,侍應奉上熱烘烘的麵包,外脆內軟,配上優質橄欖油,實在很好吃!

Tasting of Three: Octopus, Tuna, Shrimp & Scallop 
These 3 ceviche dishes caught my eyes when I first read the menu. They were served with a plate of sweet potato tortilla, starting with the closest dish, which is tuna with avocado, red onion and some sesame seeds, the flavour is mild and nice, quite good to be a starter; middle one is shrimp and scallop with jalapeno dressing and sesame seeds, I love the spicy taste which is really good with the tortilla, however the shrimp and scallop were just normal and nothing special; the last one is octopus with cherry tomato and roasted yellow pepper, this is the best among the three! Octopus has a very amazing texture with nice flavour, of course it also goes well with tortilla as well!
這三款ceviche早已吸引了我的目光,決定一次過試吧!奉上時跟了紫蕃薯tortilla~ 最近的那碟是吞拿魚配牛油果及芝麻,味道溫和,吞拿魚新鮮,肉質不錯;中間那碟是蝦及帶子配以jalapeno汁醬及芝麻,jalapeno的辣實在很獨特及美味,可惜蝦及帶子沒有甚麼特別,幸好辣辣的汁醬與tortilla是絕配; 最後是章魚配小蕃茄及燒黃椒,章魚的肉質鮮美而且嫩口,很有驚喜!醬汁與Salsa 近似,當然與tortilla也很配~

Morcilla Sausage
My friend is very enthusiastic in trying this Argentinian blood sausage, I searched online and we still have no idea what that is except it's made from animal blood like duck or pork, etc. So we were like.. why not? Let's give it a try! When it was served, I was pretty shocked by it's egg-plant look XD When I cut it, it felt so gooey... Doesn't taste like blood as expected, and doesn't expect it's super sticky which even sticks on my teeth lol~ Definitely not my cup of tea haha~
好友很想試試阿根廷的血腸,上網做完資料搜集後,除了知道是由動物如鴨/豬的血造以外,完全沒頭緒~ 我們決定來試一試!很驚訝血腸外型與茄子很相似呢!切開時發現原來很黏膩,入口沒有想像中血腥味道,但亦沒想像到原來是如此黏膩。。。還黏在我的牙齒上哈哈。。。絕對不是我杯茶~

T-bone for 2 (35oz/1000g) medium rare
I was worrying if this will be too much for us, but when it arrives, it looks amazing and the smell was so nice! Can't wait and give it a try, it's well reseted with perfect medium rare, I love the charcoal taste which caramelised in a very nice way! And of course it tasted so nice that we both finished all haha! The only issue for us is that there is too much salt which we already asked for less when we ordered!
原本有點擔心份量會否太多,但當侍應奉上時,聞起來已經很吸引!忍不住馬上試一口,沒有血水,完美的medium rare,還有那濃香的炭燒味,讓牛扒的表面caramelise,吃起來更有有層次!由於實在太美味,我們最終也能吃光,唯一可惜的是太多鹽,雖然於點餐時已說明要少鹽,但對我們來說依然是很咸呢!

Brussels Sprouts (side dish)
Cooked with bacon and some herbs, didn't expect both sprouts and bacon were both perfect cooked! Even the bacon is of high quality! 
與煙肉及香草一起煮,沒想到椰菜及煙肉勻煮得恰到好處!煙肉的質素也很高呢!

After these we just can't have any more food, and we ordered one of the recommended port wine, it's not too sweet but it's not as nice as I expected, I miss the port wine that I had when I was in Emerald Queensland... But overall this is a very nice place for steak and the service is nice as well. 
實在已經太飽,決定只點波特酒來成為此餐的終結。入口不太甜,但沒有期待的香味。。。很掛念於澳洲喝到的波特酒。。。總括來說這裡的確是一個吃牛扒的好地方,服務也很好~
