The best dumplings I've tried in Hong Kong. The dumplings are small and delicate, but filled with delicious pork and peppercorns; they'll fill you up but don't feel to heavy. There is usually a queue so you may have to wait for a few minutes. The large bowl of dumplings is $25 and small $16, both excellent value. I usually ask for moderately spicy- the soup w/out spice can be bland (standard HK soup), but the extra spicy packs a punch.They serve dumplings until they run out, which is usually aro
They serve dumplings until they run out, which is usually around 6pm-6:30pm, so I would recommend getting there early!
The owners are incredibly nice as well, I'm a regular and they always ask me about my day. No chairs or tables, take out only, but when the dumplings are so good, it really doesn't matter where you eat them.
