The usual lounge I frequented was closed for renovations so decided to try the outdoor bar. It was a bit dark given the time but the air was unexpectedly fresh (perhaps due to recent "traffic rerouting") - a picture of leisurely comfort with a breeze blowing and music playing. The truffle cheese toastie was very tasty with the crunchy toast and warm melting cheese sublimated by the rich flavour of truffles. The seasoning was slightly heavy on the beef sliders, though the meat was quite fresh. The lychee mojito was laudable as the lychee flavour wasn't overshadowed by the mojito body; not too many (usually part-time) Hong Kong bartenders could master that in variant mojitos.
The service was good and the staff attentive. Using tablet computers as menus appeared to be all the rage since several years ago in these chic hotels. $320 was pretty fair for this light dinner considering the setting and the food.
