This is the sub-brand under my favourite Gyu-Kaku, but I haven’t tried this before.This time we tried the flat iron steak. It was ok - the steak was in a right size, texture quite ok. But in terms of the beef flavor, I would still choose the Gyu-Kaku bbq style over. Next time may try the other beef rice set
