Technically, I have tried nearly all different kinda rice noodles in Hong Kong, not to mention those well known brands. This bowl was so cute! Neven seen before in other similar restaurants. Hi there. The rice noodle was springy! This is my favourite texture, those famous restaurants were using the similar one before! But they changed You should know what I mean. And I love the pickled vegetables so much! But please fared with the noodles or the beef flank, or else your eyes might be full of tears LOL tho it was really inviting.
Kinda much in portion The beef flank was a bit sweet but not salty. Easy chew and tender. When you fared with the soup, the taste made me mouth watering! Comparing the price, it was not really expensive. Absolutely a new place for rice noodles, a fresh feeling for eating.張貼
