This was our first time to visit this wonderful Spanish restaurant. Luckily we got our table without making a reservation way back early in advanced. We came here for their Sunday brunch, which is started with a buffet. You can also order some dishes from the kitchen, then the mains and a dessert buffet. For an addition, you can order a free flow of Sangria or Cava (Spanish sweet wine) for $230 per person. We ordered a white sangria and Cava =). For nonalcoholic, you can get some juice from thei
We sat down with a bread basket already placed on our table. we weren't planning to eat much of their bread, but they taste superb. In their buffet area, they have a large variety of food and have divided into different sections - cold cuts, cheese, seafood, salad, cooked dish, juice, etc. and all taste very nice! We tried a bit of everything almost, love their seafood section and cheeses.
Pa amb Tomaquet. The chicken stew I forgot the name was so nice, they have another veal dish in pot right next to this was equally lovely. They are right next to the DJ.
There was a lot of food on the cooked dish corner. We didn't have those on toast dishes, since we knew we won't be able to eat much if we put them into our stomach. The steak tartar and the devilled egg was nice, the yolk was mixed with black truffles.
First they came in with this humungous paella pan, with squid ink rice, calamari and some shellfish. We share the food with the people in the same room, we get our portion served by the waiters (portion for the table, not per person). Guess there will be a lot of people thinking that the portion is too small, but we didn't thought about that cause we knew there will be a lot more food coming in. Here the picture shown below is the portion me and my sister got. It is quite small, but for the taste, the first spoon I put into my month was fullllllll of the seafood flavour, it was just so nice. The way they do the presentation and how they delivery their food was epic, they came in like a parade like a party. All the waiters came in with dishes on them, dancing and show off how much veriaty of food we will get! First was the Suckling pig in Segovian style. They made a show out by cutting the pig in pieces with a plate, then smashing the plate onto the floor for food start. It was fun to watch. Talk about the pig, Oh my god this poor little piggy, it was sooooooo crispy and juicy, prepared to perfection. No wonder this is their signature dish. We highly recommended this dish for everyone. Veal shank and lamb thigh, not much I can comment on this dish cause personally think that wasn't much surprises me. Veal was nice, but the lamb thigh wasn't tender enough. The next one is this Salt crusted whole fish, they would set this salt crusted fish on fire before serving. Finally the last round of the parade - the dessert buffet! As soon as the parade started, everyone went a bit crazy on chasing the food for taking pictures! Don't be shy, cause you are not alone! We hardly able to take much pictures of them, cause there was just too many people fighting for the best spot to take pictures! If you are not planning to take pictures, you must go grab your food ASAP. They ran out in no time! Marinated Fruits Churros and the amazing chocolate dip. Since we sat down, we were told by the waiter said "Don't go too wild for the buffet", and he was right! You easily get overeat from that point. We were they non stop eating for two hours, so we were equally having our fun time there for two hours. Their shows are fun to watch and we absolutely loved their food, their DJ and music. Next time we will try ordering their other dishes from the kitchen! Especially their Bikini! We had a very good dining experience this time, and will definitely take our parents here for a meal in the short future, and highly recommended this for friends.
