Liquid filled chocolate snowy mooncake

It was really nice that the chocolate inside was liquid as stated.Since I do not like the mung bean, the strong taste from the chocolate was able to cover it.It was good to cut it while it was frozen to get a clean cut then let it stand for a while to eat.
