Chocolate Monster
70% Dark Valrhona chocolate, double layered sponge, banana puree
I like that this cake was not too sweet, and banana and chocolate seldom goes wrong. I'd just wish that it could have more banana within, as now it's like 10% of the cake, and you cannot really taste much banana, it's mostly chocolate. It'd be nice if the banana content could go up to 30-40%, so there could be a balance between chocolate and banana.

The Passion
Valrhona white chocolate mousse, passion fruit jelly, double layered sponge
I like this cake with passion fruit a lot because it is kind of rare to have passion fruit in Hong Kong. I really enjoyed the passion fruit taste and the mousse was very smooth and creamy. But it is still a bit too sweet for me, as I am really not a fan of sweet stuff.

Prince
44% Valrhona chocolate, double layered sponge, dark cherry
Couldn't really taste any sponge cake in either of the cake. This cake is a normal combination of chocolate and dark cherry. The dark cherry wasn't sour and the chocolate was smooth. I enjoyed the crispy bottom layer and the delicate chocolate decoration on top most.
