We went to "Little White House" in Tai Hang last night, its menu had a yummy pic of ribeye steak, so we ordered it...Later a girl delivered the steak to us, guess what? no difference from a charcoal! It was absolutely different from the look in the menu pic.We asked one of the staff (a quite tall "ying" guy) and guess what explanation he gave? He said, "it was supposed to be like this as it was fried in a "black" pan, no matter how many times it was cooked, it'll be look like this (ie a charcoal

Then we asked him how come it was different from the pic, he said, " it was due to the lighting effect!" Haha! What a joke!!!
He asked us to order something else, no way man...
Of coz, no tips was given, and of coz, no 2nd time to this "black" restaurant!
