As an ice cream lover, my friends will always recommend places where there is nice ice cream to me. One of them told me that there is a small ice cream kiosk located around Hillwood Road selling special ice cream. Upon hearing this, i tried to try it. In order to provide customers with element of surprise, their menu is not fixed. Everyday they will only offer 2 flavours to customers, namely Rosee beer, Uji Matcha & Banana milk. Hoegarden beer flavoured ice cream was provided every day as it was supposedly their signature.
Pink fairy - Being their signature, i will definitely want to try it. For their ice cream, it can be served in 3 ways - cone, cup & bun. This is my first time trying an ice cream soft using hoegarden beer, with the new rose flavour. Pink fairy cup consists of popping choco, pretzel & crispy raspberry. The texture of the ice cream was very soft, so it need to be finished within few minutes if not it will melt very fast in this hot humid summer. It has a strong rose flavour, with those bits of raspberry and choco adding to the crispiness.
