Chongqing Szechuan is supposed to be a sichuan restaurant, but really it's a mish mash of several chinese cuisines - cantonese, shanghainese, northern etc. The restaurant lacks authenticity and caters to a western palate with a lot of deep fried items. There's no delicacy to their dim sum techniques the dumpling skin on the xiao long bao for example had half an inch of thickness, which is far too much.
