Super long queue! Seeing a long queue on SOGO B2/F every time when I go shopping in SOGO. We decided to give it a try this Saturday. The price is a bit high but the quality of the dishes worths it. This cafe is smaller than I expected and that's why we needed to wait for such a long time.Salmon & Spinach Spaghetti (White Sauce)+coffee set $111- Compared with Bolognaise sauce, white sauce was lighter and smoother in flavour and texture. Spaghetti was al dente. UCC coffee was nice and fruity

Bacon & Mushroom Spaghetti with Bolognaise Sauce $90
- I love this Bolognaise sauce so much! Black pepper gave me the heat! Bacon was a bit fatty and oily but after removing the fat then it was definitely good! Highly recommended!
Mixed Berries Waffle Pancake with Vanilla Soft Ice Cream $85
- Waffle Pancake was freshly made after we ordered so we waited for around 15 minutes. The dessert was photogenic and tasted good. Vanilla soft ice cream was smooth and icy. Berries were fresh and sour. The waffle pancake was spot on! It was full of flavour of eggs! Texture was fluffy. Good for sharing with friends!
Actually if I did not take the ticket and leave the cafe for shopping for awhile to kill the waiting time, I would not wait 50 minutes to queue for this because it was really too much for me.
