Not much reviews written on this Som Tum, so here's the credit we give to the shop! :
- Pad Thai : a bit bland...Thai version has the slight sugar kick!
-Tom Yum Kung : okay, bit sourish but has been localised, miss the original taste Thai Tom Yum with the oomphh!
-3 Flavor Fish : signature dish and one of the best dishes! fish is deboned and deep fried, love the 3 flavour sauce and the way it's presented. yum yum!
- Thai Sytle Chilli Fried crab : another signature dish. The fried garlic + spring onions with the crab go down really well..crab not overly cooked, completel with eggies.. very nice!
- Fried prawn paste with century egg : signature dish again! interesting combination! havent seen this around before. but its yummy! a good starter/appetiser!! the more melted the yolk, the better the egg quality...
- thai style fried rice : tasted bland after all the yummies above
- fried morning glory with garlic + chili : not as fantastic as with "belacan" or known as "malay chan" (a prawn paste)
- thai soda+lime : refreshingly thirst fix-it!
It's a place worth going back again and also to recommend to others. its a family runned restaurant, hubby as cook, mom in law as dish washer/food preparations, wife as cashier/waitress/PR officer, daughter as attention grabber
