Went here for a quick dinner and was very let down by the food and staff attitude. Restaurant was fairly empty but you wouldn't know it by the way that the staff were storming around and shouting at each other and having very loud private conversations/arguments about each other/customers. This made for a very uncomfortable dining experience. The seemingly head waitress, an older filipino lady, kept barking out instructions and complaints to other staff members with constant gossiping. It was very annoying.
When our food came, my partner had ordered a carbonara. The dish didn't look right as it was a bright yellow colour and totally watery. We never send food back but had no choice in this instance.
When informing the above mentioned head waitress, she attempted to argue that this was because they used 4 eggs for the carbonara sauce and that this was perfectly normal.
Being from Italy myself and most importantly not blind, it was clear that this was normal and that the chef and not cooked the dish enough and that the eggs were raw.
After a lengthy discussion she finally agreed to change the dish although with a forced smile hiding her discontent for our annoyance.
