📍JunG39 Japan Kushiage has been trending in Hong Kong. I personally prefer yakitori more but it is nice to have it once in a while. JunG39 is a nice little place that serves a variety of kushiage, Japanese cooked dishes and all sorts of flavored frozen beer. Quite nice for a night out with a small group of friends to have a chill out. Since kushiage is fried, don’t over order like I did! It’s way more filling than yakitori! Recommendations: • Deep fried baby shrimp/kisu fish/chicken with shiso a

Recommendations:
• Deep fried baby shrimp/kisu fish/chicken with shiso and plum
• Deep fried chicken carti
• Takosen (a little twist to the traditional 章魚小丸子by adding a prawn cracker at the bottom)
• Beef Offal Miso Based Hotpot (This is absolutely the highlight of the night! If you are ok with fatty broth then this is for you! It is so flavorful and it forms an amazing base for congee! But I have to emphasize that it is very oily! So it is really a guilty pleasure and for those who are into it!)
Price: HK$400-500 pp (dinner)
Revisit: 8/10
