Passed by this new Parisian bistro a couple times and decided to give it a try yesterday night.
I only did research on their dishes AFTER the meal and realized we’ve missed all their signature ones LOL Anyway my favorite was the gratin dauphinois which was very creamy and buttery, but the meat dishes like the lamb chops and tournedos rossini (beef fillet & foie grad in madeira sauce) were too salty for my liking. The beef fillet itself was very tender and juicy though!
