Although I'm a meat-lover, I found that portebellos are actually good substitutions for meat. They were thick enough to imitate the meaty texture. The highlight of the burger was its mushroom paste with the cameralised onions which made it even more flavourful.
The deep fried chicken pineapple burger was its signature bao but to be honest I don't really like it. May be it's the pineapple that made it tasted a bit odd(?)
