The taste was great the milky texture and the way it melts in your mouth was superb. Also a bit sad that this portion wasn’t as much as I’d have desired!
Foie gras teriyaki chicken rice
Was expecting mainly chicken but was surprised to find an equal amount of both foie gras as chicken! A generous three large pieces was offered to satisfy my crave for foie gras. Interestingly the foie gras was not seasoned as much as the teriyaki chicken, allowing you to truly savour its flavour. It was also cooked to perfection with the inside firm and not in a mushy state.
Miso soup
A small cup of well seasoned miso soup was served. You can taste the flavour of strong seaweed which is a personal favourite. You don’t feel the “coarseness” in this miso soup as you would with those using powdered mixtures!
Raspberry sauce pudding
A sweet, soft pudding to end the fantastic experience. The raspberry sauce may be a little bit sweet but the goes well with the milky smooth pudding.
Environment:
The atmosphere is relaxing and totally unexpected within the bustling causeway bay. Would recommend to anyone who is super busy but wants to have a peaceful, tranquil lunch amongst the buzz.
Service:
You can see the sushi chefs putting their full concentration in preparing the dishes. An interesting sight!
