Went to yumcha with my relatives today and was surprised to be given a table right by the huge windows. The food was overall pretty good, up to hotel standards. The Peking duck was served by one of their managers and not their chef, but he did manage to slice the duck into thin pieces, separating the fat from the skin. All of dimsums we had were also great. My favorite would be the Char-siu Cheung Fun, which had a very thin layer of rice skin and filled with half-fat bbq pork.
