This is my first time writing feedback here cuz i always have no comment to bars in hong kong but i really want to share what I have experienced yesterday in this bar.
Five of us went to street meat after work in central yesterday, we were told that each person is allowed to use only one coupon per day so we attempted to use 4 coupons and eventually we were allowed to use two coupons only which makes no sense to us.
Two of my friends ordered two same cocktails seperately but the bartender made three. We therefore politely asked for a return but the bartender refused us with a very bad attitude
"unlimited free fries" is on the menu but not true. We paid for regular fries.
I was not surprised that the bar was not busy at all during happy hour.(less than 10 customers) Bad service makes bad revenue.
