This time we ordered three different desserts. The first one is called Sweet Ball Coated with Crushed Peanut & Sesame. It is a hot dish and there are six pieces in one dish. The balls are in brownish colour and look very smooth. They look like polished rocks that can reflect light and shine. Actually the balls are made of ginger and they have a strong ginger flavor. The balls are in brownish colour and look very smooth. They look like polished rocks that can reflect light and shine. Actually the balls are made of ginger and they have a strong ginger flavor. When we eat them, we can spread some crushed peanuts on them. They would taste sweeter and balance the spiciness of ginger.
The second one is Tofu Ice-cream with Durian Jelly. It is one of the newly invented desserts in the shop. This dish looks fancy. There are a cup of jelly in grape flavor and some real durian toppings on it. Beside of the jelly, there is a scoop of tofu ice-cream and a little bit of evaporated milk. I love the ice-cream very much because it has a very strong taste of tofu and I think the taste would be very interesting to Spaniards. If you like durian you must love the jelly because it tasted strongly, (on the other hand if you hate durian, don’t try it!). The grape jelly is very fresh and neutralizes the heavy flavor of durian. P.S: I discovered the best procedures for you to enjoy this dish: Step 1: Pour the evaporated milk into the jelly, it makes the durian taste stronger Step 2: One spoon of durian with jelly Step 3: Little bite of the ice-cream which can balance the heavy durian taste
The third dessert is Baked Mango Pastry. It is a hot dish and it is quite interesting to hear cooked fruits are included in a dessert. We wait around 10 minutes for this dessert because it is instantly made. The dish is very well decorated, with three pieces and some strawberries beside, it looks very colourful. The pastry is very crunchy and there is caramel on the surface. There is also whole piece of mango inside! It tasted very nice. I think cutting it into pieces would be easier to eat. Remember, don’t leave it cool!
