I have heard that this place is really good so I made the trek over to TST (I'm a HK Island person). I've only been here for lunch and I was not impressed with their sushi. Now I know that lunch is usually leftover sushi from yesterday dinner, so maybe it's an unfair statement but still I've had lunch at other sushi places as well and had better quality. I chose the sushi set where you can pick your own fish and roll. I chose uni, salmon, toro, tuna, unagi, amaebi, yellowtail, saba, and the tuna
