I’ve always enjoyed Épure, they just never disappoint, from casual dining on their patio overlooking the Hong Kong skyline to a fine dining lunch experience. This was one of those experience, during Hong Kong Restaurant Week back in Spring 2020. Their beef tartare was on point and oh le cochon was tender and flavourful - never enjoy pork so much! Last but not least, their soufflé was amazing with fresh vanilla ice cream, I am so glad my companion didn’t prefer sweets so I basically had two! Let’
