Out of all the cheese tarts, Bake, in my opinion, is the best. For some reason, their combination of the cheese with the crisp tart shell is perfect.Their location is now shared with Rapl Apple Pie and renamed Bake Works. But most people still come here for the cheese tarts.One this day, I noticed they had a new limited flavour. Lemon. Their signature crisp shell was still perfect. The filling was runny and creamy. Lots of cheese flavour balanced with a sharp lemon taste. I would have liked it to be more but it was still pretty good.
