Shopping in APM with mama today and saw this new restaurant!! Very special name indeed !! As I wanted to try toast and a bowl of noodles, I ordered 2 sets!!
Firstly, the toast was peanut butter and condense milk came! The thick toasted bread looked attractive when I cut it, there were lots of "crisp" "crisp" sound!! Very crispy!! I love the toast very much as I always think that peanut butter and condense milk are the BEST COMBO and one of the Signature dish of HK!! I really love this dish although there was strangely some cream and some strawberry for decoration... it tasted nice!!
Then, it came the tomato noodles soup with gingered chicken and egg!! The tomato soup was not SIMPLE!! There were loads of ingredients, pepper, tomato, beef etc!! Personally, I hate eating peppers but this time I ate all of it because it was cooked very softly and the sourness of the tomato was brilliantly joined with the beef as well as the pepper!! Love that soup base!!
The macaroni was cooked perfectly!! Al dente!
Overall, Made in HK Restaurant was a really nice restaurant. Will go again and try their tea set!! 張貼
